FAQs
1. Why are there two parts to each coaching track?
Each coaching track—Strategic Planning, Disaster Recovery, and Revenue Generation—is divided into Part I and Part II, spaced one week apart.
Part I is primarily instructor-led, focusing on introducing core concepts and guiding attendees through the initial draft of their “Action Plan.” Attendees should review pre-session materials prior to Part I, and are required to submit the first draft of their Action Plan within three days after completing Part I.
Part II facilitates peer-to-peer coaching among cohort members to finalize the Action Plan, with final submission due within three days of completing Part II.
2. Can I change my assigned cohort?
Yes, please email us at [email protected].
3. Will video recordings be available for all of the sessions?
No, video recordings will only be available for the Part I sessions.
4. What are Action Plans?
Action Plans are detailed strategies tailored to your business. They are the Strategic Plan, Disaster Recovery Plan, and Revenue Generation Plan. These plans are essential tools for implementing the concepts discussed in the sessions.
Blank templates for the Action Plans will be distributed during the Orientation Session on June 13, and participants will develop these plans throughout the program to address specific needs and goals of their businesses. You can also print the blank Action Plans (in legal 8.5”x14” paper) from here.
5. How do I qualify for graduation?
Attend at least 5 of the 7 sessions.
6. What if I can’t attend a session?
You can notify us in advance by emailing [email protected], and have another representative for your business attend a session to meet your attendance requirement.
7. Can I make up sessions any other way?
If either you or, none of your employees can attend any of the Part I virtual sessions, you can watch the video recording of the session and submit the Action Plan (see above) within three days of the session to receive credit for the session for your graduation. NOTE: You can only receive make-up credit for one virtual session.
